GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Green Bay Packers announced on Friday the signing of rookie defensive tackle Kenny Clark.
Clark was one of five drafted rookies that remained unsigned. He had expressed confidence in a deal being reached soon when asked about his status during minicamp this week.
Clark was drafted 27th overall by the Packers out of UCLA where he recorded a career-high 47 solo tackles in 2015. He showed his versatility in his final season as a junior, defensing five passes and catching his only pass of his career, a three-yard touchdown.
The Packers will report back to Green Bay for training camp on July 25 with the first practiced scheduled for the 26th.
