Nalley wasn’t arrested for his language, but rather for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Those charges are a misdemeanor, carrying a $500 fine and possible 30 days in jail. However, Nalley was booked and released within the hour. His mugshot was released, compliments of KARK 4 News.
